Report: ‘Opportunity Youth’ Could Be New Source of Job Candidates

Opportunity youth—individuals ages 16 to 24 who are disconnected from school and work—represent hiring opportunities for employers looking to fill jobs, according to a new report from SHRM, the SHRM Foundation and the Walmart.org Center for Racial Equity.
