Providence Technology Solutions (PTS) is a full-service IT Consulting Management firm. We focus on connecting IT professionals with companies that are paving the way with the latest technology. We are currently hiring a bswift Configuration Analyst. You would be working with our Benefits department to meet and exceed expectations by supporting clients and staff on bswift technology.
Responsibilities
Configuring bswift, Benefits Administration platform for clients as needed based on clients’ plan requirements
Liaison between corporate Team Lead and client for analysis of platform
Data integration TPA/Carrier liaison; Carrier IT contact for secure data feeds and automated data exchange
Payroll integration
Consulting with client HR for unique and custom builds
Building positive relationships with clients to foster client retention
Managing timelines
Managing and conducting implementation meetings with clients and staff around implementation, annual enrollment, and ongoing as needed
Managing client expectations, anticipating issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
Testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration
Consulting, researching, and resolving client inquiries regarding system and process issues
Continuously refining and improving efficiency of the implementation and build processes
Proactively identifying and mitigating project risk
Analyze and audit system requirements, import files, system updates, and other data as needed
Researching and recommending system enhancement based on client needs
Conducting initial and additional HR training to fill client needs and use of portal, including ACA
Troubleshooting high-level inquires to resolve system issues
Qualifications: EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Excel is required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of professional client-facing experience with a benefits administration role preferred
Experience with bswift platform or related platform preferred
Good written/verbal communication skills; able to clarify and respond well to inquiries
Attention to detail, productivity, responsibility; be organized and self-motivated, accurate and thorough
