Providence Technology Solutions (PTS) is a full-service IT Consulting Management firm. We focus on connecting top HCM professionals with companies that are leading innovation in workforce technology. We are currently hiring an experienced Dayforce Benefits Consultant. You would be working with our Benefits department to support clients during Open Enrollment and assist with Data Feed Development using Dayforce HCM.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the Dayforce HCM Benefits module
- Support clients in preparation for and execution of Open Enrollment periods
- Develop, test, and implement benefit data feeds (EDI) between Dayforce and insurance carriers
- Write and troubleshoot XML files for automated data transmissions
- Collaborate with client HR and IT teams to assess benefit requirements and ensure accurate system configuration
- Coordinate with benefit carriers to gather file specifications and monitor transmissions
- Conduct audits of benefit setups and data integrations to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation, including benefit recalculations and issue resolution
- Participate in client calls, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of internal methodologies
- Act as a liaison between PTS Team Leads and client stakeholders for Dayforce Benefits functionality and integrations
Qualifications: EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong working knowledge of the Dayforce Benefits module is required
- Hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting XML for data feeds is a must
- Experience with benefit file transmissions and EDI integrations highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a benefits administration or HRIS consulting role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience
