In partnership with Dayforce, we are currently seeking a Client-Side Benefit Consultant to serve as an embedded benefits subject matter expert within client organizations, supporting the effective use and optimization of the Dayforce HCM Benefits module and Managed Benefits offerings.This is a client-side role, meaning you will work directly within the client’s internal HR/benefits team, ensuring they can fully leverage Dayforce Benefits functionality for day-to-day administration, Open Enrollment, and carrier integrations.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the embedded subject matter expert for the Dayforce HCM Benefits module and Managed Benefits offering within client organizations
• Support clients in preparation for and execution of Open Enrollment periods
• Provide project oversight for Open Enrollment projects, ensuring Managed Benefits best practices and standards are met
• Triage complex benefits inquiries and issues, leveraging technical and analytical skills to provide solutions
• Understand and explain system features and benefit plan setups; identify and resolve configuration issues
• Perform benefit recalculations and analyze results to ensure accuracy
• Monitor benefit data exports to ensure successful transmission from Dayforce to client carriers; research and resolve failed files
• Coordinate with benefit carriers on file requirements and complete all necessary file-related tasks during Open Enrollment
• Develop, test, and support benefit data feeds (EDI) between Dayforce and insurance carriers
• Conduct audits of benefit setups and data integrations for compliance and accuracy
• Provide training and ongoing support to client HR and benefits staff on Dayforce Benefits functionality
• Participate in process improvement projects and recommend product enhancements
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through detailed understanding of the client’s business needs

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in US benefits administration or HRIS consulting
• Strong working knowledge of the Dayforce Benefits module
• Experience with benefit file transmissions, EDI integrations, and carrier data feeds
• Proficiency in auditing large data sets, organizing data, and summarizing findings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Strong customer focus with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent experience

• Experience with other benefits administration platforms (bswift, Employee Navigator)
• Familiarity with HR compliance, COBRA, ACA reporting, and data privacy regulations
• Consulting or professional services background
