In partnership with Dayforce, we are currently seeking a Part-Time Talent Consultant to support clients with the implementation and optimization of Dayforce Talent Management modules.

Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Dayforce Talent Management modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning
• Support clients through all phases of the Dayforce Talent implementation lifecycle: discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Gather and document client functional requirements, mapping them to Dayforce Talent module capabilities
• Configure Dayforce Talent modules to meet documented client requirements and best practices
• Lead and facilitate client workshops and training sessions on Dayforce Talent functionality
• Conduct Day in the Life (DIL) testing and review sessions with clients
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to identify risks, manage timelines, and communicate project status
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Consultants as needed
• Document processes, configurations, and client-specific customizations
• Stay current on Dayforce Talent module releases, features, and best practices

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar Talent Management solutions
• Strong understanding of talent management processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning)
• Experience in system configuration, data migration, and process documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud computing environment, including HRIS systems
• Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Customer relationship acumen
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
